We were very happy with the treatment our dog recieved. My only issue was that they gave him the wrong size cone and we had to pay for that one and the replacement cone in the wrong size. It wasn t our mistake seemed a little silly we had to pay for it.

Dr P explained everything very well, & I could tell that all the staff care about my dog.

I was unable to use my iPad but would rate all questions as EXCELLENT! outstanding service and my pet seemed to like the staff and that is most important. I would recommend your clinic, as a new comer to Chillwack area it was great to get multiple referrals for the same place ....all said they are in the business about your pet not making huge dollars, they really care and have great hours . Was great that they are so close to my home too.

Yes, overall we are always happy with the service received. The staff are always helpful. A year ago we had to have our dog euthanized at our home and the veterinarian and assistance were amazing. Thank you for all you do.

Spike is always nerves when he comes in, like a child having to go to the dentist but I did notice after all the years he has been in the last 2 times he has done better. Maybe it s the room he was in...over all we appreciate the care Spike receives.

I have been going to Menzies Pet Hospital for years with my other dogs in the past and when they passed on, we were treated with great care and concern and so where my pets. Now I take my 2 dogs Bear and Shadow and wouldn t take them anywhere else. When our dog Bear had been hit by a car they not only gave their time to fix her, but the spent hours with her during her observation and made sure that she was comfortable,and gave us up dates every few hours.The Vets are awesome, and they show great care. We appreciate not having unnecessary items pushed on us to the point we feel guilty when we don t or can t afford them.

hello the pet care was great as usual. my only concern upon my visit was in regards to the renovations. they look wonderful But I found the floor very very slippery. I strongly suggest that you apply some thing that will provide some traction and or a warning sign. I think that some rubber paw prints that lead to the examination rooms would be cute and functional as well. I am sure that you would not want anyone to take a spill and injure themselves or a pet or yourselves. thank you again. have a wonderful day.

The reception room is looking fresh. I appreciate the idea of the candle for a pet and their family who are facing the passing of the pet.
