Very informative. I understand I brought several concerns to the table so I did not realize until later there were one or two things I should have asked for more information about. Overall I feet very satisfied. Everyone was so friendly and Dr. Mann was friendly to me and gentle with my cat as well as very informative about things that prior vet was far less informative about.

Not sure if the survey is working but 5 stars on all of the above. I particularly wanted to mention how kind the Dr. was towards Mowgli when he removed the stitches and also that he did the second surgery without charge when a stitch came undone. I so appreciate that, and it shows me that this is a caring practice not just about money. Thank you all so very much. I would definitely recommend this practice and particularly this Dr. He was so gentle with my cat and talked to her, and explained things to me as well. Have a wonderful Christmas Season to all
