I m always very happy with the service I receive at the clinic

I didn t catch her name, but the older of the two assistants (she had a scratch on her face from a seagull) was especially helpful. She took the time to make sure I fully understood instructions and was very personable. I just wanted to make sure she is recognized for her outstanding service :)

I could not mark the stars I wanted to.. As always when I stop in with a emergency or ask for a vet to see my baby s you squeeze me in as quickly as possible.The wait is never long. You are friendly and spend the extra time needed with them. Thank-you so much.

The temperature in the exam room was just right. Other times, it has been too hot.

I usually come for appointments early in the day and it is spotless, yesterday it was 6:00pm so I m sure that is all it was.... Lots of pets coming and going. I love Dr Mann, he is wonderful with both our dogs. Our new puppy and our old dog that he put down almost 2 yrs ago. Wouldn t go anywhere else.

Wouldn t take my precious furbaby anywhere else :)

Excellent service

The vet was great with my kitty. I asked for many add-on options, and the vet let me know that some of them weren t necessary. It was great that they didn t just take the money, but made sure anything they did was actually needed. Will definitely recommend!

When sending emails about specials, ensure you specify if any advertised special is for a certain period or just a specific date. And if just a certain date, ensure customer is aware of that so they can get the advertise deal.

Putting people one hold when for 15 min. is way to long. Getting several different answers from both girls and them not communicating to each other what they had said to me was frustrating. I know you office is busy but so am I and 15 min is way to long to hold on the phone and long distance at that. I am busy as well. I have found that the younger girls at the office feel they have a superior attitude towards clients and it comes across in how they talk to clients. I am not the only one that has notice this.
