Dr. Mann was very personable, friendly and courteous. He took the time to explain our dogs injuries and was fair and reasonable on his assessment without over charging. We visited two other vets in the area and they weren t even interested to ask our dogs severity of the emergency visit. Dr Mann however made time for us right away. Thank you Dr Mann and his lovely secretary
