I Did not take Robbie in for a full exam - but I gave the vet experience 5 stars as the vet was doing a surgery yet - in order to not make my Robbie wait and get more anxious- Robbie was taken in then back and the urine culture was done immediately. I really appreciate that concern.

Dr.Partini,Dr.Mann and the staff are wonderful and so caring. Sugar gets all excited when she sees we are at the Menzies Pet Hospital. That alone should tell you what excellent care we get from this vet clinic.

I won t return. Dr Mann needs to learn how to deal with people in a respectful manner and clearly is only interested in charging as much as possible rather than what s in the best interest of the animal.Was more interested in what he was charging and missed an obvious concern during a health check.
