I love your service and care; you always answer questions and follow up. Your rates are fair and we also super appreciate loyal customer discounts. Just a suggestion; it would be a big improvement if your rooms were a little less cramped. There is barely room for animal crates and a person or two to stand.

I appreciate the clinic taking Gizmo in on short notice.
