This has been the only time that I was not informed when I made the appointment that there was a Locum. I only had made the appointment a few days earlier. I drove in from Rosedale for Casper 10:00 am appointment to be asked at 10:30 that there was a locum and would I like to keep my appointment or not.

my pet was very anxious for his vaccinations. The vet was handling it a little frantically, adding to the stress. If he just took his time and let my dog calm down it could have gone a little smoother, rather than rushing him and trying to restrain him so quickly. this last visit was a little hectic but overall great facility and very satisfied with the vets and practice.

I brought my lab Lexi in for a recheck for an ear infection. The attending vet was more than thorough. He as very pleasant and took the time to explain things to me. He sat right on the floor with my dog and made friends with her. Pleasant experience for me and my dog. Thank you Menzies Pet Hospital!

Even though it was very busy and the vet was about 10 to 15 minutes behind- the service was good. The new young vet was very friendly and explained everything well. I also appreciated the 10 percent discount!!! I always recommend Menzies to all my family and friends.

I would like to thank everyone for their patience and understanding. Karma can be difficult, quite vocal and she really really doesn’t like to go to the doctor. But she is always greeted with a smile and everyone does their very best to calm her down and make her comfortable.

The front counter women is so informed of everything. It s great to hear honesty from a Vet place. Didn t try to push for more test or make more money from me. Will definitely return. Even got my pets insured free for 6 weeks. Thank You for taking all the fear out of me with expenses.
