The visit was great and informative. I was not happy with the high cost of things after they were done. A list of costs would be welcome in the future.

Did not get a physical exam before cats took in back for neuter, surprised because we usually do, I feel it s important because of possible chryptorchids, heart murmurs, other possibilities in my breed, Oriental Shorthair.

Everything was fine except the exam room was very hot.I was dizzy when we came out and had to get water thought I might pass out.This is not normal for me as I do not have any medical issues Leslie Zawada

Receptionist for got to give me the prescription that I already paid for.. just a simple mistake but I got it and all was good. I come from Mission to take Kage there.. wont take him anywhere else! You guys dona great job and I will continue coming there for sure!

I came from far side of Abbotsford to see Dr. Mann just to find out he wouldn t be back til the next day, I looked at the Vet & said this was a wasted costly trip & that they have to get their facts right because my neighbor had to bring me in. NOT HAPPY & refused to pay. Oh, the Vet that day said I had to see Dr.Mann cause he knows my cat for the last 5 yrs. I was NOT TOLD Dr.Mann was on Holidays til Thursday.
