Very patient with my skittish dogs, Dr was really gentle and soft-spoken and I think it helped my pups feel more comfortable. Will definitely come back in the future!

My second visit the following day was exceptional. Was listened to and completely educated on my dog’s condition. The receptionists were beyond helpful with my worried phone calls throughout the day. Kept me in the loop. Can’t thank the wonderful women that work there enough!

Everyone was very pleasant. Dr Lawler was very good with my cat. I requested an estimate for a teeth cleaning which I haven t received yet. I would recommend your clinic to others.

We were very impressed with entire team. It was our first visit and we will be back. Also follow up has been excellent.

Considering how violent my cat is with strangers, everyone did very well. I was grateful for their acknowledgement of her mental health and keeping the exam within her boundaries of stress.

Signage and parking could be addressed

We were told one thing and something else happend..would have been nice to have a ball park fig for cost. Insted 2 small dogs and 30 mins later. 1000 bucks.....ouch. Thank you

Staff was awesome

I had a long wait; my appointment was for 4:50 pm and I didn’t get into a room for about 20 minutes. By the time I left they were closing. There were alot of customers there when I arrived. I’ve always been seen in a very short time frame. This was unusual. I love my vets and the office staff.

The veterinarian I seen was very helpful and understanding.

Great service to get me and my new kitten in to be seen. Thank you. Juneau is doing very well.

We were traveling from the east coast and had two sick pups. This hospital was able to get us in the next day when two other vets in the area told us 4-6 weeks was the earliest we could be seen. Very satisfied with vet and staff. Thank you!

I was very pleased with the answer I was having with the flea problem on my dog Louie. The rosemary seems to be working really well. Louie is finally comfortable and sleeping much better. He is a happy doggie now. Thank you

I went in to have my dogs teeth checked & for an exam. I was told when he was given wet food I was able to see all of his teeth and they look fine . She would not have seen his molars had I not physically shown her, myself. I am not the person receiving payment. His heart rate was not taken (I don t blame them, my dog would not let the vet take it), his ears were not checked, his eyes were not checked. His records were not obtained from the previous vet like I asked them to be. He was simply looked at from 5 feet away and was told he s healthy. I paid $70 for him to lick wet food off the floor and receive answers for 2 important questions. My stepmom is a vet technician in another county, but agrees that he should have had a more thorough exam for payment of services. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes before my payment was taken, for what? I will probably not return.
