I appreciate that you have specific cat rooms. I think it would be really comforting to cats if you had a simple white noise machine playing in those rooms. When we were there there were a number of rather noisy dogs which stressed my kitty out until I played music on my phone so she didn t hear all that outside her door. :)

Due to circumstances I was 10 minutes late. The young ladies each pointed this out. I was aware of time. I didn’t appreciate the smug way I was approached with.

Less wait time than on previous visits. Exam rooms are pretty stuffy. Staff and vet friendly, knowledgeable.

Dr. Lawler is so good with the dogs and the staff friendly and helpful. I m so glad my corgis are in their good hands!

I found the doctor to be curt and condescending. It s the second time for this particular doctor. I gave her the benefit of the doubt the first time thinking maybe I just caught her on a bad day, but now I will be looking to take our business elsewhere.

Added diagnosis on the bill would be a plus.

The entire staff was very friendly, and still apparently efficient with their jobs. It was notable that everyone really seemed to enjoy working there!

I just want to thank all staff involved. It meant a lot to me and Oz as travellers just to be seen please don’t stop the practice of seeing travellers it means a lot to us and we have a huge network. This rates right up with the best experience we’ve had with a veterinarian while travelling and that was in Stuart Florida. Sorry I’m not on Facebook but heading your way we’ll stop by say hi. I was leery finding a new vet practice that didn’t make the experience feel like a corporate facility. So down to earth, listened to concerns, inquiring & helpful. Truly felt comforted that Tater was in good hands! We loved our experience!

My cat and I had to wait quite a while in an examination room before the Doctor had time to see us. I understand the doctor is very busy; I don t mind waiting. However, the examination room is not a nice place to be stuck in.

Only rating this highly bc the nursing and front desk staff are kind, patient, and polite. If it’d asked me about the dr specially I’d give one star bc I can’t give zero. The dr didn’t do a test when I asked bc she “hasn’t done it in a while” and apparently whenever she does the test it always comes back “inconclusive” so that was my diagnosis for my cat. Thanks to that dr I can’t adopt another cat bc now my cat’s records say inconclusive for a viral cat disease. Not to mention she confirmed my biggest fear being that my cat was so depressed from me adopting me and calling it “karma” with a smile and shrug. I changed vets same day.
