First impressions matter...it would be great if the owner would modernize and spruce up the appearance of the building. At minimum, rooms need paint, new lighting. Outside needs cleaning, new door. Staff are outstanding and hardworking. It doesn t appear owner appreciates them nor does it represent the quality of service offered. Thank you for your consideration.

When you find excellent people in their profession. One does not need to worry about the care their pet receives! There is always a kind person on the other end of the phone when I have a question or concern. And a warm welcome face even at 0730 when needed.

I appreciated the efforts of the staff to put my dog at ease. She becomes nervous easily and they were all kind and very calm with her.
