I felt like the time with the vet was VERY limited. Bummed because I really liked the facility & the hours.

This was the second visit to your office. I have to say that each time everyone has been beyond kind and very professional. The first time we went it was a hard visit. We had to put our cat of 12 years to sleep. It was very difficult for our family and everyone was so sweet and kind. The card that your office sent after was so amazing. It made us feel like we weren t just a number. With this latest visit, our newest family member (kitten) had a major injury to his leg. Everyone was so kind and they took such good care of him and us. Everything was fully explained to us and we knew that he was in good hands. We feel so blessed to have such a great vet team for our pets. Thank you all so much for all of your help and kindness.

We dropped our cat George off at 1100... Four and a half hours later at 3:30 we get a call that George is not happy and hasn t been looked at yet. Then we are asked if it s ok to sedate him... HUH??? We had given our permission when we dropped him off, if it was necessary. Don t you people talk to each other??? Of course if he wasn t left in that carrier for over 4 hours before he was seen, he would have been his normal mellow self and wouldn t have had a problem. Why did we have an appointment at 1100 and he still wasn t seen at 3:30???? You people screwed up our other cat also... she hides under the bed now when we get the carrier out. She s the calico that came home with blue dye all over her. Not sure we want to do business with you people anymore. Seems like you don t know how to handle cats very well... or manage appointments.

I was pleased this place has evening hours! I like how the doctor showed me comparison X-rays so I could understand better what was not wrong with my dog.

The doctor and staff were absolutely wonderful!! My dog would not be here today if it wasn t for the doctor and staff here!

Always attentive and caring. I travel from Imperial Beach because I don t want to change vets after I moved.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. I had a problem with my care credit and had to come back the next day to resolve the bill and get my cat started on her treatment. The staff stayed late with me after hours while I tried to arrange payment but it was too late at night to be able to handle any business; the customer reps had already left for the day. I understand not being able to start treatment until I could settle the bill, I only hope she is going to be okay. (She is still there).

I love it.... My boy, Titus, totally has a crush on your blonde vet tech! So cute! Some times, my boyfriend and I swear he s faking an injury, just to get in to see her! It means a lot to when my kids actually like to go to the vet s office! A rare find, for sure! Thank you!

I thought you guys made follow-up calls just to check how my dogs were doing after an office visit. Rusty is doing better but I was a little surprised I did not get a follow up call.

I loved the place all the employees were nice friendly and always smiling . The vet doctor was quick didn’t leave ya waiting in the room like most do .. so much love there doc. He is also a great veterinarian. I will be coming back. I like to say I have found my #1 vet:) thank you guys for the help with tootsie and the call back to make shur she was doing ok. I was very happy with the two young ladies that trimmed Jitsu s nails. They allowed me into the room with her while they were doing it. They did a perfect job.
