You should do more advertising with your hours and open weekends especially Sundays. There are so many people at the emergency vet that don t need to be there on a sun or after 6pm, but they have no choice on a Sunday bc everyone else is closed. Your closing hours of 9pm allow me to go to work and come after work to pick up my pet. No other vet has these hours except for the emergency vets and they are busy and way too expensive.
