I gave a lower score for the wait time because I did have to wait for quite a while just to get my dogs nails trimmed. However it was clear that’s family was having to say goodbye to there pet, so I was understanding about the wait. It was a while, but not a big deal when given he circumstances.

Our family has been bringing our pets to this location since 1994. Dr. Deet and Dr. Singh are such fantastic vets and the staff has treated our pets and our family so well over the years. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. We often say how lucky we are to have them! Our cat, Bob likes them too!

You staffing is the greatest.The care for Bobo every good. My God bless you all.

Really nice people they addressed all our concerns with our new puppy and were really sweet with our dog who tends to be skittish

The tech had her back to me the whole time she did the intake, then I heard her repeat everything I said to the vet on the othersife of the door. Seemed impersonable.

As always, I was very pleased with the care my Snickers received. The only problem I encountered was that I was promised twice that I would receive a call to let me know how she was and never did receive one

I absolutely love the staff and doctors at MBPH. We got our puppy right before moving away from Santee (to Oceanside) but we make the 45 minute drive to Santee just to see Dr. Deep and the wonderful support staff.

The one thing I didn t like was that we came in for shots but they didn t let me go in the room with my dog while they gave the shots, so how do I know if they actually even gave them to her?

They all are amazing and very caring of your loved one. From the receptionist to the amazing Dr. The girls that cared for her after surgery were so loving and I knew my baby was in the best hands. I can t thank you all enough. God bless you all.
