You should do more advertising with your hours and open weekends especially Sundays. There are so many people at the emergency vet that don t need to be there on a sun or after 6pm, but they have no choice on a Sunday bc everyone else is closed. Your closing hours of 9pm allow me to go to work and come after work to pick up my pet. No other vet has these hours except for the emergency vets and they are busy and way too expensive. Very great customer service, so careful and caring with the animals! Wonderful environment, highly recommended. Not hard to get seen at all, I called the day before and they got my puppy maxx in next morning!!

only complaint, I was told I would receive a call the following day regarding a fecal test.. NO CALL.. I called the next day and got results.. Other than that I am satisfied

i really love that i have found a vet (Dr. Signh) that is by my house and that has very reasonable rates. But above all that staff and doctors are outstanding, warm,kind and understanding, i appreciate them

Always answers all my questions and sees my furry kids right away.

I moved to Imperial Beach and still stay with these vets. My older pup just had a major surgery and found out she has cancer. They have been amazing through all of it.

We did not get a thorough enough explanation of what to expect after our puppy received shots. After the shots, he was very lethargic and yelped in pain every time we picked him up. This all sibsided by the next day, but it was concerning that this happened. I had to reach out to a vet friend to confirm that these side effects were normal.

My husband and I are really happy with the staff and services. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Thank you all.

I have been a client of Mast Blvd. Pet Care for 40 years and can not imagine going anywhere for my dog & cat. Dr. Singh is thorough, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. I really appreciate the call the day after our appointment to make sure my dog was okay.
