I find your office visit cost a little on th. e expensive side especially for something like a quick exam. It cost me $65 to hair my dog may or may not have allergies but he should be fine to Receive his vaccine.

The staff and Dr are really amazing! And try to help in any way. Much appreciated!

It would be great to get direct consult from the vet after an exam. There have been a few times that I had additional questions and the tech was not really confident in the answer. But overall, great experience!

We definitely appreciated the thoroughness and detailed explanation of possible concerns based on a “simple” symptom that was mentioned (a cough). Very satisfied with our first visit! (Especially with what a handful our dog can be)

I just want to thank Daisy and Nicole for showing me how much they care about Bob. Their sincerity and empathy towards Bob and the pain and discomfort he’s in is greatly appreciated. It’s difficult during these times to hand over my baby. However, knowing he’s in such good care makes it a little easier. And thank you to the wonderful Veterinarians, you are definitely not forgotten.

Mast treats my pets like their own! Always taking great care of us even before we were official, new patients! During an emergency they were compassionate, kept us informed and took amazing care of our dog. They also gave us options and made sure we understood them all. Their costs were more than reasonable which is important to us - especially since we have four dogs! Emergencies get expensive quickly. Thank you to the doctors and the staff for loving our pets like their own!

While I appreciate you seeing my dog as fast as you did and the friendly staff that took care of me. I won’t be coming back because of what was done to my dog. After being instructed to pick him up at 8:00pm, we arrived to find it completely dark and closed up. Our dog was brought out to us scared and shaking and his rear end was covered in bloody diarrhea. When I asked why the diarrhea had not gotten better, I was told “oh, it’s the stress of being here” in a dismissive manner. On our way home, our dog began hemorrhaging blood everywhere. We didn’t even get home, we took him straight to PESC where he was admitted in critical condition and stayed there until yesterday. He could have died because your doctor failed to address the main concern of why we brought him in! The fact that both staff and doctor said “he’s okay” even though that was FAR from the truth almost cost him his life and that is unforgivable. If you were unable to treat the problem, just say so, and we would have brought somewhere else. We were charged $600 for nothing and the emotional trauma we have had to endure since, not knowing if our dog was going to die and the panic of coming up with the $3,000 we had to pay to bring him home is horrible. We will never be coming back.

Covid protocol ran smoothly. I stayed in the car and they picked up my cat and returned her in minutes, all taken care of.

I really enjoy the staff, the Vets are awesome, there schedule is always very flexible for my and my two dogs. Thank you everyone at Mast Blvd.
