Love this vet hospital so much, they are always so helpful and nice. They make me feel comfortable dropping my dog off to them and keep me informed through all procedures. I wouldn t take my dog any where else.

I got my girl kitty spayed and I didn’t have a very good experience. First, I would have liked to been told that she would need a cone for 2 weeks. I’ve never experienced that in all my years of owning cats and would have better prepared. I would have also liked a bette explanation as to why. Second, when I came to pick her up, the tech just brought her out holding her!! I was terrified!! We were in the parking lot and if my kitty had gotten away I would have been horrified. When I asked where her carrier was, the tech apologized and took her back inside and brought her back out in the carrier. Please, please, please; if you think the pet (especially a cat) may have come in without a carrier, confirm with the owner first before just bringing it out to the street.

The Covid 19 procedures have me outside of the office but vaccination and claw clipping does not require extra service. The girl who picked up and returned Merry was very nice.

I m most thankful that you were able to see Stella and get her in for surgery right away! She is my heart and so grateful for Mast Vet Hospital when there was no one else that could get her in!!

Staff is always wonderful and friendly. I cannot tell you how important this is anymore. Harder and harder to find this quality in ANY business. Please take care of your staff so they ll continue to do a great job for you!

This clinic is very understaffed. We had to wait one hour to pick up our dog from surgery after we were told to be there. His other apt was 20 minutes late. It has been very frustrating

I was very happy with the gal that took my pup into the office and with Dr Thomas! Was super happy you guys were able to schedule an appointment for my pup as quickly as you did! ????

There was a very sweet vet tech who just loved my pug and she made me feel confident that my pug was receiving expert care. I felt so much relief speaking with this vet tech. She was blonde I think? I can’t remember but she’s awesome.

I realize COVID is a problem but having people and their pets to wait outside forever is not good. You need to figure out a better way. Other vets are doing it as well as dentists and drs.

My dog is a fairly new patient. She had a surgery and has been back for a few check ups. Everything was explained to me thoroughly from the surgery to the aftercare and billing. I am very happy with my new Veterinarian d staff!

The staff has always been so nice and personable! They make us feel welcomed and my puppy feel safe. Even with covid and the new way of doing things- they make our experience very enjoyable.

Love this place - we ve been searchng for a bit of time for good vets to treat our kitties. This place is amazing and outshines all the other places we tried. Definately a customer for life now.

I think I figured out why Tiger was stressed that week. After talking to Dr. Thomas I walked by the catio. Tiger was looking very happy and contented snoozing on the shelf. It was the first time in a week I was able to let them out there because of the rain and I think it was stressing him. They love their catio and spend a lot of time out there.

The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. My pets have been very well taken care of here. The extended hours of operation and ease of getting an appointment are very important to me.
