One visit I waited 30-40 minutes after appointment time to finally be seen.

Service was excellent considering conditions regarding COVID. Explanation of visit and suggestions of what our puppy were thoroughly explained. Location is also very convenient for us. Overall very pleased with how things went.

We could not ask for a better veterinary office. The doctors and staff are extremely caring,compassionate and so kind.

I love Mast Blvd Hospital Dr Singh and his associate are wonderful! The team is great! They are all so nice! On the Next Door Ap. I highly recommended them. I trust them like no other vet I have ever been to and I have always had dogs and a cat so that is really saying something! They are honest, show concern and advise me well. Once I wanted my dog to get all her shots and the dr discouraged me because of her small size- he was right on target - she had a bad reaction and now we know what it was. If he had done what I wanted we wouldn’t. This holiday weekend it was hard to get in for a few days but then he saw us on Sunday. I love these people and I know they take the best care of my fur family!

Staff is always friendly. I didn t get the lady s name who helped us this time but I would give her 100 stars if I could so very helpful and patient with the puppy. I have not 1 bad thing to say I d recommend this vet to everyone

I don’t think I’ll be back. This is the second time my dog’s nails have been cut so short that they bleed. She has been limping because they are so tender. I’ve spent 2 days cleaning blood off the floors, and reapplying styptic powder.

On the last visit, the phone line was not working as it usually does. Not sure if it was because of high traffic, but the phone would ring, and it would hang up shortly, not even playing the “someone will be with your shortly” pre recorded message. And one time out of those phone calls, it seems like someone picked up but there was no talking, it was just background noise of like a computer. That one I was a little perplexed by.It was a little frustrating, as I was calling to pick up my kitty, but I would understand if it was due to high traffic. But all in all, my favorite, and most trusted animal care facility, is Mast Blvd :)

The office staff and doctors are the best we recommend you all the time since moving here 8 years ago. We came to your office to see it and meeting a client coming into to your office and was told you were good guys and the best and we ve never been anything but pleased we made the choice.

I really like that the Doctors call. And if I missed the call the staff is always very helpful. I will not be going back to my previous vet. I love Mast veterinarians

The doctor was very kind and listened to my concerns for my kitten. I really like this vet clinic. Everyone is so kind and compassionate. I’m happy to call this clinic my new veterinary go to for all of my pets needs
