I was very upset to find out Sunday hours were no longer available without any notification at all and when I told the staff this I was told there was a notice on the door. That’s great except the staff comes out to get the pets and no one goes to the door. No mention of the change in the newly implemented answering machine either. Quite disappointed.

Everything was great. The only comment is that it s hard to park, turn around. I know there s probably not much you can do about other than maybe a designated area for waiting ?

I’ve been very happy with the service I’ve received from MBAH - you guys always manage to see us when we need to be seen - and the doctors and staff always follow through on the things that they say they’re going to do. There is a great vet tech there that went above and beyond recently when my pup Deja was there. Very grateful! ??????
