The vet assistant with the red hair was absolutely wonderful. She was nice and sweet to my dog who hates the vet. And was very sympathetic to me during the stress of it all. So thank you to her.

30 min behind for a scheduled- 1 shot puppy shot is ridiculous and only was seen at 30 min after complaining to receptionist is just Ridiculous. When I book an appt I’m there on time, and I expect to be seen on time and if someone is running behind i expect to be advised or even called and asked to come in 30 min later. But none of these options happened along with no apology from staff. Not the service I’m used to when coming to this Vet.

The physician called me with my results he was very thorough and kind.

We have a challenging dog but we love her and you guys handled her amazingly. One of the things I admired most was that the first person that came out to get her informed us that she might not be the best person to take her in because of some her experiences with a specific type of dog. I appreciate that more than anything!!! Acknowledging your limitations and not putting our dog yourself or others in a bad situation. More people need to do this. I truely appreciate this it shows how much you care.

I like Dr. Deep as my doctor.

I guess I didn t realize I would be seeing the Dr. which was my faut because I didn t pay attention to what kind of appointment this would be. Maybe in the future, it might be helpful to make one aware there will be charges when making the next appointment. I understand sometimes you might not know the services you are going to do, but I think this time we knew there would a re-examination of Cassie s ears and an ear cleaning. Appreciate all the services for my fur-babies, just wanted to share this.

I came in with a sick dog! The vet did an exam and was very through and explained everything in detail. The next day I received a follow up call which I was very impressed! They are so professional and cares for every dog they see! Believe me I have 3 dogs and everyone has been seen by all the vets there! I love the friendly staff and would referred everyone to see them!!!!

Maybe fix the seating

Overall an amazing experience. I feel the vet didn’t spend too much time examining my dog for the initial new pet exam but it’s okay. Having a pit bull is difficult when finding a vet but this was the best experience we’ve had.

Everyone at Mast Blvd Pet Hospital is always so friendly and helpful. We know that Bear and Roxy are always in good hands with them.

Hi this was our first visit meeting with the nurse and doctor ?? Much better than giving you my dog in the parking lot

Coming from a Vetrinary office where after 2020 we were no longer allowed to see the veterinarian and only speak to them over the phone after their tech had taken our fur baby back was such a refreshing surprise. I have to say the shock of seeing a veterinarian face to face made me forget all my questions but Dr Singh was so thorough that he covered all the issues!!! He was so kind and compassionate. He got down on (the very clean) floor with our large puppy and held my little Shih Tzu like a baby. He didn’t try to rush us and made sure to ask if we had any more questions. I can’t tell you the difference it made in giving me confidence that he actually cared for the well being of our pets we love like family. The techs were very patient and thorough as well. The office staff was so helpful, even with a busy waiting room. They managed to keep it organized and smoothly running. Thank you so much for giving us hope of finding real, personable help for our furry family members!

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Singh and staff. I only trust them with my fur babies. They all have been taken care of by this wonderful group since babies and have always received top notch service and care!

Better seating is needed. Being a Senior with mobility issues your seating is to low. I and another person had issues getting off them Other than that I love your clinic and doctors. Sophie is lucky to have you guys.
