Give more detail on overall animal conditions, define conditions and reasons of why these things happen, and how to prevent them. I felt I got little info until I asked.

Loved the tree contest. Everyone always friendly and helpful. Would like the staff to wear name tags as I see them often but don t know everyone and if I want to compliment someone I would like to know their name.

The meds that nessa received were very expensive. The exam and heartworm test were reasonable

Overall satisfied but was unaware a nail trim was going to be done and I feel $34 is high. I had just had my dogs nails trimmed 2 weeks prior and felt it was not necessary. Perhaps it was on the estimate but I missed it. I will read more carefully next time.

The new exam rooms are sparkling clean and modern. Vet took lots of time to go over home care plan.

The vet techs and vets are exceptional in delivering quality care. However, the front desk staff’s customer service and phone manners are abysmal. No warmth or caring and they are not willing to go out of their way to problem solve. If it weren’t for the quality of care from the vet techs and vets, we would go elsewhere. We just grit our teeth and understand and accept dealing with front desk personnel will probably be unpleasant.

In spite of my late arrival they were able to fit us in for a claw trim. Everyone is very nice.

The ear, testing, cleaning and Rx was over priced.

i will like to be therr when my pet is in there- so she feel more compfortable

I had asked the doctors assistant to have my dogs anal glands released and that was not done. Now I have to take time out of my day to take my dog in again. My time and travel for gas is costing me extra money and I am unhappy about this. It should have been taken care of at our visit.

It was very busy the day I was there. The staff was very hurried and simple things were not followed up with. An example would be: Had an ear swab while we were there and they gave some cleaner and medication but no verbal update. No idea what the issue was if any? Also had to wait for the release of the pet for almost an hour. Once again it was not an emergency but would have appreciated a little less time waiting and better verbal/written instructions.

I have had both my dogs at they’re facility’s. They give the best care and so caring and loving there. I wouldn’t take my Casey girl anywhere else. Thank you too all staff.

Never a long wait and it s nice when a staff member remembers your pet, making it personal. Shows they care.
