Hour+ wait to see the dog is not up to your usual standards.

We did have to wait 30 minutes but they are the best vet around.

They were all friendly and very nice to my pet.

I waited 48 minutes after my appointment time to have my cat get one shot from a vet tech. I was annoyed leaving to say the least. Two other people who came after me were taken before me. A woman and her dog were waiting, and she said shaking her head, “my appointment was for 4:30.” I told her I waited 48 minutes, so good luck. It was about 4:55. Not impressed.

The waiting room is full of hard surfaces so everything echoes. Also the chairs squeak loudly every time someone moves. It makes an already stressful situation even more stressful for my cats :(

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I just wish it didn t take three days for the vet to return my call after leaving a message. Twice now. :(

Staff is always friendly and helpful. I have brought my other dogs in before to see Dr Singh. This visit was my crazy Goldendoodle Poppys first time at Mast. She regularly goes nuts with new places but she was shockingly calm here. Always good vibes here. Thank you

The staff are always so caring and polite. My only comment is to go back and be open on SUNDAYS for convenience.

waited for over 1.2 hr. for a 5 minute exam. And the doctor said she had a discharge in her ears, but didnt mention to us until I saw the printout report and didnt treat it either. NOT HAPPY and NOT coming back.

Customer service and phone etiquette should be a mandatory training for the front desk receptionists. They are not the friendliest or warmest persons. Hanging up on clients who are trying to get information on a mistake made by the hospital is not ok.

I am a new client and brought my dog in for a lump and it ended up being a tumor. I had to bring her back again the next day for a biopsy and was supposed to receive a call to pu my dog. I dropped her off at 10am and by 3pm I hadn t received a call. They told me to come in at 330 and when I got there the dr said the biopsy results would be back within 48hrs. That was a Tues and I had to wait over 30min for them to bring my dog out. Today is Friday which is over 48hrs and I still haven t heard fr the vet. I tried calling at 9am today and got a recording to leave a msg. I m waiting to hear back. I feel the communication is poor.

I have taken my (children) to a lot of different vets and your team and facility are exceptional. I recommend and brag on your staff and facility all the time.
