The visit (teeth cleaning) went really well. We were kept informed of the progress and when Luna would be available. It was great they were able to squeeze in a nail trim for Lacy to prevent another trip.

We have always been able to get an appointment right away and have had to wait no more than 10 minutes to be seen. everyone (vet, assistants, and front office) is friendly, always takes their time with us and doesn’t seem rushed or chaotic.

The vet tech was very nice, but a little scattered. She kept giving directions that were different for our medications, and we had to keep clarifying.

Love Mast Blvd Per Hospital. We always feel confident that our pets needs are being addressed.

Front desk and tech could have been a little more friendly. The tech especially had a no fuss/get to the point attitude.

I was disappointed that a vet tech or the vet did not call the next day to see how Chelsea was doing. Cory did text late in the day but I consider her family. And I do not think she was involved with Chelsea s procedure.

I just love the personal comfort of this place. They must take some really good notes and study their “clients” the night before- I feel like they remember us as if they see us every day- They are so good with Tato, my Dog. He’s not excited at first- because he has no idea what is going on but by the time he about to leave- it’s like he is friends with everyone- Idk how you and your staff does it. The same day as my appointment I had just had an unpleasant experience attempting to book a visit with another veterinary group. The experience dealing with your group was like a breath of fresh air. ALL of your staff were professional, proficient, and pleasant. I would recommend you to any pet lover.

We have be taking all of our fur babies to Mast Blvd for 20+ years and have always been very happy with the drs and staff there. Dr Singh & Dr Deep have always been very kind and compassionate to our pets and seem to genuinely love animals.
