I was pretty upset that when I explained that I would like to to see the cost of surgery but I’m strongly considering euthanasia (which I ultimately did yesterday), we were then in turn offered two surgery options one with a teeth cleaning and potential extraction for $500-$3000 more. Not very sensitive to where I was, and what I was constricting. Nothing was offered until I asked for it for for a temporary bandage situation. Would have preferred to have those being my two quote options.

I ve been loving our interactions with staff and the vet we have seen the last couple of times for Diesel. I never feel like anything is being pushed on us and they are really willing to work with us in ways we dont have to break the bank. Always been very friendly staff and takes time to try and connect with our pets which I really appreciate.

I brought my dog in because she was bleeding from her leg. I was so stressed out that one of the staff came from behind the counter to check my dog (I was worried she had been bitten by a rattlesnake). I was assured my dog was going to be fine. I initially came to mass Boulevard pet Hospital because during Covid they were open seven days a week without an emergency charge now to my best knowledge. I don’t think they’re open on Saturday and Sunday, which is a bummer for those of us who work full-time but other than that, I love the staff and the doctors And trust my pets care to them

Bear has no problem coming there.

Since we often see the rotating/fill in vet it would be helpful to include the name on the vet seen on the invoice for future reference.

Just the best pet hospital!

Mast Blvd Pet hospital is amazing! We have all of our own pets seen here and recently brought in one of our foster kittens after another vet did a bad spay job. They were so kind to me as I cried on the phone due to all the stuff our poor foster was going through. They got me in the same day and got our foster kitten what she needed to get better. All of the veterinary technicians are kind and knowledgeable and all of the veternarians are fantastic. Thank you for being there for ALL of our fur babies and providing them with the best care.
