Staff is kind of short. It would be nice if staff would greet clients in a friendly way, be welcoming, and more attentive. They often seem to stick to themselves instead of interacting with the clients. It would also help the animals if the staff would greet them to decrease anxiety and make it more fun and easy for everyone. Sometimes it s stressful and vet clinic staff should have the expertise and motivation to be proactive and supportive. That would be a great improvement. Thank you for your interest in your clients feedback.

The only negative is they charge you sometimes for a follow up visit where the other vets don t.

I came for a specific test. That could have been done while waiting for appt with doctor. It turned out I saw the doctor and then the test and then the doctor again. Having test first would have enabled the doctor to see me only once and another patient could have been seen. I don’t mean to sound critical just thinking of time management for client and staff.

I am so grateful that my fur baby pookie and I could be soon they day before a major Holiday in an expedited fashion. When the appointment turned more serious they could accommodate that need as well. No one probably wanted needed care as focus was likely other places but this office gave me my Christmas miracle. Weather it’s a few days weeks or even months I got to bring my super senior home. I moved to this office a few years ago and have always gotten in to see someone in a timely manner. I’m glad I found the staff at Mast Pet Hospital.

I find that what ever questions I pose, Dr. Singh is one of the best when it comes to a cat whisper, the staff I very patient and if they don’t know an answer they’ll go in the back and find the answer, in stead of winging it, thank you all at Mast Blvd Vet Clinic

Would have liked a better explanation/more itemization of charges. e.g how much was cleaning vs extractions. IV and cost of anesthesia. Surgery cost vs recovery cost. Etc

The person answered the phone to set up the appointment seemed bothered by me trying to get an appointment for my pet. She was just very short and it was not very professional at all

Dr.Singh was very nice and explained the lab results well. Also, telling me exactly what he was going to do for her. The staff who took the temp and etc. She was very nice and friendly which made me feel very comfortable. Too bad that I did not get her name.

Every time I come in with my dogs, your prices have gone up. It’s very hard to keep up and have a pet and afford to bring it to your office. This last time Imy dog had had surgery and the information after was not given correctly. It was confusing for sure.????????

Vet tech Adrian was compassionate and went out of his way to care for my pet including carrying my dog out to the car
