The first time I’m not giving all 5 stars. The waiting room was packed and continued to fill up. People kept coming in and they were “checked in” and no one said to any waiting patient that there was a delay. A patient finally spoke up for everyone and was told “we’re a little short staffed, and appointments are running behind”. I waited 30 minutes for a quick recheck. I don’t mind waiting but I had to get back to work. It would be appreciated if there is a delay to just politely tell your customers

Non it was very busy and the staff did all they could to get me and pups out in a timely manor. Great service as always. No exam room just a flu shot and flea pill refill.

I suggest there is a rug for the pets as the floor gets slippery and hard to their paws. The big pets get stressed trying to grip on the floor and stress the other little pets.

I had trouble trying to make an on line appointment thru the website. Registered several tries but no luck. Exist client first time trying the web appointment. Would up just calling in.

I’d like to thank the doctor and the team. My bill was estimated as high as $2k depending on the number of teeth my cat needed to have extracted. In the end she needed none and my bill was $300. That’s how you know you have an honest vet. We’re clients for life.

Our fur baby is our life and it’s easier to trust someone to her when they are doing an amazing job in person. Thanks to everyone there!

If your appointment times are running 30 mins or more behind, a phone call or text letting the customer know would be helpful. I may have time to be that behind, but I may want to reschedule

Overall I was very pleased with my visit. My only comment is towards Dr. Sing who exam my pup. Although professional, I felt he was very serious and his answers to my questions were very short. I sense he just wanted to finish the exam and leave the room.

The Doctor and staff truly care about their animal patients and provide tlc to their human families. I have been taking all of my pets for years .

We had our girl in for a Love Spay, all went extremely well. I felt she was well taken care of and the office people were very helpful in explanation of charges etc. Very satisfied with Mast Blvd Pet Hospital. Will will continue to use them for all our pets needs.

I was so thankful they were able to see me the next morning for first thing. The kitty was a stray and wanted him checked out before taking him home. Luckily for him he had a chip and I was able to get him reconnected with his fur family.
