I don’t like the fact that you have to bring your dog in for a $70 exam just to get FLEA medicine. I understand for other medications, but flea medication. Not cool.

It took me a long time to find a good and caring vet. I hit the jackpot when I found Mast. Highly recommend them. You will be very satisfied how they treat your fur baby. Try them and you will agree!

I would click excellent on 1 - 7 however, my computer would not allow me to do so.

I really love the doctors and the back office staff. However, I feel the front office staff could use a little coaching on how to be sociable and compassionate towards the pets and their owners. A little kindness goes a long ways. Being so stiff and “all business “ is not how to build the practice. In fact, the way I am greeted and then “checked out” is quite offensive.

A few times when I tried to get an appointment there were none and it was pretty serious situation. Because I couldn’t get in even though I told them what was wrong I had to go to an emergency vet and it wound up costing me $1700. I’ve had other vets if it was serious fit me in or call a patient that was just going in for a well check and see if they could reschedule them

Mast pet care is the best and the the staff is the greatest around, friendly and helpful, I have been going there for about 15 years, Dr Singh is the best, thank you for taking such great care of my Molly

This was a follow up appointment. These appointments used to be included (as in price) with the original appt. Policy has changed where $55 is now charged. We left the office after learning of this unnecessary fee and were not seen. We have been coming to Mast Blvd Pet Hospital for the last 9 years and unfortunately the customer service and policies are getting less and less consumer friendly.

Overall it was a good experience just a pricey one

The vet we saw at this recent appointment literally spent less than 5 minutes with us and then prescribed pills without discussing other potential options for treatment. 2 dogs. Less than 5 minutes. $110. I don t need more time with the doctor but their time should be charged accordingly. A 5 minute visit should have been 1/12 the normal office cost. I spent longer in the waiting room to pay the bill than with the vet.

Dr. Singh answered all our questions and addressed our concerns. The technician explained all charges prior to going through with our pets exam. I would recommend Mast Blvd. Vet Services.

Dr. Jenks saw my dog and she was wonderful. She took time to examine her and to explain every step of the way to get to the bottom of the problem which I am happy to say is working beautifully. She made great suggestions which I plan to follow. Dr. Singh called with the lab results when they came and took his time explaining the results and also gave helpful suggestions. I have been going to Mast Blvd. Pet hospital since 1977 and plan to continue forever. /definitely recommend them.
