Unfortunately the wait time was 30 minutes: for a distemper shot ugh!! And since Bravecto tablet raised price to 60$, I don’t think we can afford that in near future!

I was given a different amount when I paid. My estimate I signed left off meds for my dog

somehow my appt was not properly scheduled. i appreciate that i was seen but it took a while cause they squeezed me in.

There was an emergency the day I was there, so the wait time was understandably longer than usual.

Much better experience! Staff were fast and efficient. They explained everything and took great care of my Angel. I hope it’s like this every time!

They were all friendly and very nice to my pet.

I waited 48 minutes after my appointment time to have my cat get one shot from a vet tech. I was annoyed leaving to say the least. Two other people who came after me were taken before me. A woman and her dog were waiting, and she said shaking her head, “my appointment was for 4:30.” I told her I waited 48 minutes, so good luck. It was about 4:55. Not impressed.

The waiting room is full of hard surfaces so everything echoes. Also the chairs squeak loudly every time someone moves. It makes an already stressful situation even more stressful for my cats :(

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I just wish it didn t take three days for the vet to return my call after leaving a message. Twice now. :(

Staff is always friendly and helpful. I have brought my other dogs in before to see Dr Singh. This visit was my crazy Goldendoodle Poppys first time at Mast. She regularly goes nuts with new places but she was shockingly calm here. Always good vibes here. Thank you
