While things have been difficult over the past year, the staff at ACC have done a great job of dealing with the changes in procedures and the tasks added to their list. I do wish that a pet s owner is allowed into the exam room. The face-to-face discussions are better than the phone calls. But I understand the need for caution and look forward to a time when I can accompany my pup to her appointment.

Have been clients of ACC for ten years. Will not go to another vet. I understand they are a bit more expensive than other vets in the area, but you get what you pay for. Total compassion, efficient, professional care and understanding, and always at the cutting edge of vet care for my pets.

I requested price information for heartworm, and flea/tick preventative; I received the email with the requested information in a timely manner. I appreciated not being pressured into buying from ACC, but simply given the option based on my preference. Thank you so much for a 5 star experience!

I didn’t go in with my cat due to Covid. But I know her well enough that I could tell she liked the doctor and the tech. I felt confident she was ok and that she wasn’t seriously injured or sick. The pricing was very reasonable for an urgent visit.

Dr. Humphrey was very thorough, both in Jake s examination & in letting us know by phone what was going on with Jake. I do miss being able to go inside & speak with Dr. H. face to face, though.
