My choice of Animal Care is based upon a longstanding satisfaction with 2 pets over a period of 15 years. They have never failed to resolve the health issues of my pets. The caring demeanor of Dr. Humphrey and staff alleviates my concerns and helps my pet cope with the visit.

Dr. Humphrey was great. She took care of our concern where our dog Murphy had a lump, took a biopsy, and later confirmed it was not malignant. Also, a Badger.

Everyone was very professional, pleasant and most importantly, understanding and comforting when test results came back positive for a dog I just took in only 2 weeks ago... The Vet Tech and Jenny and Dr Bigelow could not have been more helpful. Even calming myself and my dog! The front staff is also outstanding. Thank you all. I’m new to AZ, felt so welcome.

Corky relates well to the staff at your practice. We appreciate the gentle care she receives and encouragement that we get to care for her. A suggestion might be to show us how to get a positive start to brushing her teeth. YouTube can only do so much...

Once again, Dr Hilden provided the best care possible for Shellee. Everything is going smoothly with her recovery. Your front desk staff, as always, was helpful and professional. And Randy, ( I believe was her name) was very professional and helpful with explaining in detail the medication and expectations of how Shellee would react when coming home. She went the extra mile and came out to my car to assist in getting Shellee into the car. I recommend your Services to everyone I know that has pets.

I received lots of good information and support for caring for a geriatric cat. Also, when I suggested eye drops prescribed before were very hard to administer, Andrea Hilder (sp?) dug around to find a gel based prescription med that works very well. Easy to administer.
