While things have been difficult over the past year, the staff at ACC have done a great job of dealing with the changes in procedures and the tasks added to their list. I do wish that a pet s owner is allowed into the exam room. The face-to-face discussions are better than the phone calls. But I understand the need for caution and look forward to a time when I can accompany my pup to her appointment.
