The technician who came out to our car to get Nina was courteous and caring . When she brought her back she kindly answered a couple of questions we had . Hats off to her for being so nice .

Thank you all for being so patient while adapting to all the new rules you have to enforce...I imagine some people aren t very happy about having to do some of these things. It has to be so difficult for Drs and staff to remain sane and happy. You are all doing a great job!!! :-)

Being that this was our first visit to this facility we would like to commend all of the staff with their professional attitude and handling of services. Everything seemed to flow with minimal effort and we never felt lost without knowing how much longer or how much things will potentially cost. Dr, krone was compassionate and clear. Tho the news was not good for my pet. The prices are fair, the service is exceptional. I would recommend the practice to anyone who has pet care needs.

This was my first visit to Animal Care Center. I very much like the current process of the tech coming out to the car and talking, then taking the animal in. While the tech, Everett, is the only person I ve met at the Center, everyone has been very helpful and great to deal with. Keep up the great job!
