Dr Humphrey was amazing with our fur baby. He was very sick-close to death. Dr Humphrey immediately found the problem-next day had a bowel resection. The Dr came in very close contact with us every step of the way. Dr Humphrey is very knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate, Her communication skills are excellent. The surgeon also was awesome. Explained in detail the entire procedure. The entire staff took very good & loving care of our Tucker. I highly recommend Animal Care Center. They saved our Tucker.

Excellent care from office staff to veterinarian.

We have struggled to find veterinarian care for our little dog since moving to southeast Arizona for the winters 5 years ago. We ve even resorted to just going to Tucson Veterinary Speciality Center and waiting and waiting to be seen. But I think we ve found our Veterinarian practice with Animal Care Center of Green Valley. Dr. Bigelow was awesome as was the technician and the front office people. Even though the discharge sheet told us it might be 2 to 7 days before we received the lab work results, Dr. Bigelow called us the very next evening with good news. So--I think we ve found our home!

Entire staff us great. Really like our Vet Dr. Huang she is through and listens to concerns. Visit wasn t rushed felt Vet took the time to get to know our pet. Very satisfied with GVAC.

Everyone is super kind and friendly. The vet took her time and let me know what tests to figure out what is going on. She explained everything extremely well and easy for me to understand. I love how fast and truly caring everyone is. I just wish it was a bit cheaper. I love coming here and feel totally welcomed.
