I will forever bring our pets to Dr. Hilden. We have complete faith in her guidance and treasure the techs, like Jen. I’ll add that the front desk has always been pleasant and helpful. Its difficult to single out one person , but I’ll use Alice as an example. Friendly & helpful.

We were from out of town, and our chocolate lab had some issues with her eye. We were concerned there was something was going on. Called several vets in the area, they were the only one to manage to get her in and seen before we started for home. Vet assistant and vet were both very good, eased concerns and provided meds needed.

Savannah and Tiffany at the front are so kind. Jenny was a great tech. Dr Hildon (sp?) is great as always!

I really appreciate the vet techs coming out and talking to us in our cars and I have also seen the different Drs. come out to talk to some of the pet parents in their cars. This is a very difficult time and I really don’t want anyone at the clinic to get sick. I think you are all doing the best you can with this situation. I sure hope some day we can get back to standard procedures, but I have a feeling it may be a very long time in the future. But for now, I’m so happy that my furbabies can still receive care.

Dr. Hilden is excellent. Very conscientious and communicates and explains my pets health issues very well.
