I very much enjoyed the experience. Dr. Humphrey and her aid were very kind and patient with my pups. The front staff also were very kind. I would be glad to recommend Animal Care Center to others. My first experience with ACC was with your boarding department. You couldn t find a better representative of your company than Laura. Leaving my pets at a boarding facility is never easy for me.. but I felt really relaxed and assured when my animals were staying at ACC under Laura s care. Two thumbs up for ACC.

Dr. Humphrey told me that she would see Scooter today for free, for a follow up exam. There was no charge on the statement that says your pet was see today by Dr. Humphrey but there is a $48.00 charge for a exam-progress check that I thought Dr. Humphrey was going to do for the no charge. I brought Scooter in for a progress check by Dr. Humphrey for no charge, I thought. I just did not bring Scooter in to say hi to Dr. Humphrey, I thought that the Exam progress check fee of $48.00 was unfair and unnecessary as I thought that this was the purpose of the free visit with Dr. Humphrey, this was misleading and I would like to be refunded the $48.00. Cynthia Fletcher, daughter of Rosemary Lotter who brought in Scooter and paid for this office visit.

It was an overall great experience. The doctor was wonderful.

I made an appointment for s shot only and would up being given and charged for so much more than that without being asked if I wanted it.

We felt that Dr. Huang showed a lot of concern for our dog. This made us very pleased & grateful for the treatment that will be given to our dog.

I have always received high quality care from Animal Care Center, no matter which vet treated my dog. I do wish the prices were a bit cheaper though because my dog has chronic ear infections.

Your receptionists, vet techs and veterinarians are all pleasant and helpful, in my experience. Thanks!

I was extremely satisfied that our cat Boots received the best possible care, a good atmosphere and excellent staff support as well as thorough diagnosis and verification. The only issue was in follow-up, to give him a follow-up shot, i would hae preferred to stay with him when he was taken to the back for the shot. I was not given that opportunity so could not see what was done or to hold him for the treatment as I had been for the initial visit. But truly, that was a nit... the service was prompt, affordable and correct.

I was NOT given an estimate of lab cost before procedure. It WAS less expensive than previous visits. So no copmlaint.

Wonderful care -- we are grateful.
