I usually have to ask about cost before any work, treatment is done. This visit I knew, roughly, what medications were going to cost and a guess about vet consultation.

I felt as if the doctor didn t think I was taking good care of my pet because I refused X-rays. I wasn t given a plan to come back for X-rays at a later date. I left feeling like an uncaring pet owner. The doctor didn t spend much time with us after I refused X-rays. Not sure if I will be back or not.

We came in for an emergency in which our dog ingested fertilizer. She was treated right away and every one of the staff we dealt with was so kind and helpful. She received great care...and so did I! I was a bit surprised at the cost when I checked out, yet had I known prior to her treatment I wouldn t have done anything different.

It is ridiculous to send a survey for a 20 second visit - all that was done was a quick vaccine spray in the nose.

Dr. Hilden is a wonderful vet. She is always attentive to my cats and makes sure I understand the course of treatment and/or what I need to do after I get home.

You serve a senior community with people on fixed incomes. Your charges are very high which makes it almost impossible to afford to properly treat our animals. I think you could offer more affordable prices but you darn near have a monopoly on the vet market here and some people are unable to drive elsewhere for care.

We and our dogs love the staff at Animal Care Center. We are always greeted with a smile.
