Many medications are way over priced at your clinic. There is absolutely no reason that generic drugs available for $10.00 at Walmart should cost $1.00 or more a pill at your office, I.e. Tramadol or generic rimadyl. Now I understand that my bassets with their allergies take some expensive drugs. I am not referring to these. I think you could work on that a bit as I feel that it is an inconvenience to make me go to Walmart or Safeway or even another vets making an Extra Trip. Unlike many I could afford paying your prices however many seniors COULD NOT.

I loved Dr. Wong, she was very friendly and knowledgable. Crystal was great with Lily too. We were so glad we could get in so quickly since we were concerned about Lily --- and not have to pay for emergency care too. Thank you!

The front staff member (J) has an attitude problem. I have felt that she does not really want to help with the paperwork or help the client. My bill was over $500 and I knew it was going to cost that much but I think since I have been bringing my 2 dogs to this clinic since we moved to Green Valley, maybe a small discount should be considered for multiple pets and a fee over a certain amount. I like the women vets and the technicians that have helped me with my dogs because they show great compassion to my older dog.

We are very happy with Dr Hilden, she knew Mia had issues and that she was our first pet in 29 years of marriage. She has been kind and taught us a lot. We trust her completely! Mike and Belem Dunn

We love Dr. Hilden. Our only complaint is your clinic is incredibly expensive. I do not believe your pricing is much different than other clinics in GV from what I have heard, and since we like Dr. Hilden so much we have never gone anywhere else.

The wait was longer than usual, but you seemed to be slammed with customers. You should look at the your rating column above. The Yes is under poor and the no response is under excellent. Probably best to switch them Thanks for asking.

#4: This was a final check on a lump and a refill of a medication. I did not expect an estimate.

Didn t ask for an estimate for treatment as we told Dr. Murray we will pay whatever it takes to keep Maverick going. Maverick would not still be here today without the care from your staff.

We deeply appreciated the time Dr. Hilden took with our dog and with us on our last visit. She explained her findings, patiently addressed all questions, and let us know the best way for us to continue to care for our dog. We left with the feeling that we had provided our dog with the best care he could receive.

We had never met Dr. Huang and we really liked her. She was very helpful on our concern but also on our question about insurance. We have always found the doctors and staff to be top notch.

I have found the staff and medical professionals at Animal Care Center to be some of the best I have dealt with over the past 25 years. The service, expertise and support has always been at the top.

The facilities were clean and well lit and the Vet was cheerful and concerned. The only negative was that the cost was high. I have to admit the medicines I received were a good part of the cost.

We are happy with the front staff, the techs (especially Mary) and of course the Doctors themselves. We just wish Apoquel was not so expensive!!! Thank you for the work you do. Jan, Jack, Gretchen and Chloe Noll
