The tech trimming our dogs nails wasn’t friendly and could barely do the job. My dog has anxiety when at the vets office and she didn’t help at all.

The only thing I don’t like, is that some of our cats were diagnosed and require special c/d cat food. Yet, after a while you won’t sell it to us unless we bring them in. Feels like extortion. Bring them in or else we won’t sell you the food they need, and if they don’t get it they’ll die of kidney problems. I don’t like being forced. Our cats are all indoor anyway. That’s just my opinion. Now if the cats didn’t have to be on it life long then I could see making appointments to ween them off or whatever but it’s not the case in this situation.

I always love coming to your vet facility the staff and providers are all professional and you can tell they all truly care about the animals they care care. They are so compassionate with the pet parents too understanding each situation is unique. They are a very clean and safe facility. But what makes this facility the best is the love and kindness each pet and parent receive when they walk through those doors. Keep up the good work guys!

The staff was perfect! I was stressed about my dogs first vet appointment but seeing the way they treated her and how kind they were with her throughout the whole process really helped me stay at ease. They did everything right, explained everything to us, let her sniff everything they were using, answered all the questions we had and just were overall so genuinely kind and gentle with her. Which was my biggest concern!
