I am handicapped and had a friend bring my dog for his appointment. He waited 45+ minutes before seeing Dr. I have been a customer of Dr. Bobs since he started his practice on County Road 27. Maybe now that he has retired I should look elsewhere for my dogs needs. Very disappointed!

I say a 5 star for all it would not let me check them all but you guys deserve them. We have had other dogs in the past that went to other vets. But you guys are the best wish I would have found you earlier. You all do an amazing job. Thank you for all you do.

I have rescued dogs all my life. Snickers was extra special. I saved 16 of her bothers and sissies in Defiance ohio. All of them was fosters or adopted, but her. The called me when she was sent to Ottawa cty. Ohio and was going to be put down in 1 hour. I have never drove so fast in my life to save her. Got there in time. I ve had her for 11 of her 13 years. Had a vet that decided to do surgery without a biopsy. Knowing that money was never a problem. Made her cancer spread to the point of no return. Dr. Therese Shafer has been so helpful of the journey that my babygirl has to face because of negligence or horogance? But he has changed my life forever. Thanks Dr Dan Weimer

We love auburn vet they are so kind . We drove 50 min just to take our dogs here .

I had to wait 46 minutes in the exam room, I understand totally that incidents do happen at the appointment prior to me. I live the vets and staff at Auburn hills and how they treat me and my PBGVs.
