A separate waiting area for highly anxious/hard to manage dogs would be helpful. Or at least an offer to put you in a room until you can be seen.

I did not even know who the vet was. She never introduced herself. Was not aware of cost of flea and tick pills. Looked at receipt when I got in the car. 2 doses over $130!!! Would have gone a different direction had I known cost.
