We have been very pleased with Creekwood!

I was “forgotten” for a little bit and had a 30 minute wait in the parking lot, but once staff checked their logs and realized their error, they immediately made it right. I did not ask for it, but my service (nail cutting) was provided free of charge in order to compensate for my wait time. I have always been extremely pleased with CreekWood, and I plan to continue as a client. Mistakes happen, and it was a gorgeous day to sit outside!

The doctors here are wonderful and they truly care about the fur babies they are treating. From yearly preventative care to significant health situations and surgery, Creekwood is the best!

I just wish we had the option of going into facility with our pet. Procautions can be taken for Covid. I just hate not being with my pet

I would like to have met the vet. Especially since this was our first visit and we are not allowed in the clinic. It is difficult not being able to see the conditions inside the clinic.

I have had extreme difficulty having my dog s nails trimmed in the past. He joined our family later in life and DOES NOT like his nails touched. The gentleman that brought my dog into the office, and I m assuming cut his nails, did the ABSOLUTE BEST job we ve ever experienced with my French Bulldog. I think he said he had French Bulldogs, so maybe he knew how the handle him. Regardless, I will request him specifically from now on. I want to give a shout out to this employee because he was professional, informative, kind, and did a fantastic job. I will come back time and again for nail trimmings because of him.

This was the most amazing veterinarian office I’ve been to! You not only took great care of my sweet Pepper but I felt so much comfort when I was truly worried. You can’t put a price on that! Thank you so much and I will always bring my fur babies to Creek Wood!

The staff is always so friendly. I love Dr. Jensen and Dr. Lawrence....both really listen to me and treat my pet like it was their own. Prices for services are a little high, but Dr. J always offers me options for treatment and tries to keep costs to a minimum for me.
