I didn t go by indication, I went by intuition and I made the right choice. My 3 pets and I were very well taken care of. You guys do a good job!!!

The entire staff is wonderful!

I was very disappointed this last experience.i paid for a bath but after leaving i checked Zora and she still had dirt and clumps of hair, she was not brushed and looked like they just hosed her down for $60 bucks. Your prices have gone up way too much, I compared my last visits and its ridiculous how expensive you have become. I have been coming for years but after this $420 visit I will be taking Zora somewhere else. Very sad. Not to mention one of the front desk girls made excuses when I brought it up and tried to shut me up. Not a good experience at all.

We absolutely love this veterinary practice. Everyone is extremely friendly and extremely helpful from the front desk to the doctors. The vet services and boarding are top notch. We have experienced everything from nail clipping to multiply animals having surgery.

Creekwood has been a breath of fresh air! Dr. Jensen pulled my Chico through cancer at a former clinic and we followed her here. She is amazing and the techs also came from my previous vet and are the best of the best. An amazing place!

I just moved from Oregon. The purpose of the visit was to establishing services for my girl Lola. Staff was knowledgeable, welcoming, kind, understanding, and caring. I truly appreciate the wonderful care that was provided by all the staff.

I have always been very comfortable with all services provided here. It starts at the front door…greeted immediately by the amazing front line. Simply the best. The techs are awesome. They really take their time with the us each time. I can’t say enough about these folks as they really make you feel like you are part of the family. The last line are the the heart of the facility. Always caring and listening. Never rushing the patient or the parent of said patient. Explaining everything to you… and also making those follow-up calls. Appreciate everything you do for the four legged family.

We are so grateful for the amazing staff at Creekwood! The option for a drop off makes it easy to fit in an appointment during a busy day. Exam and lab findings are explained thoroughly and you know your pet is in capable hands. Our intake for our sick cat was efficient and the assistant specifically walked through what the testing could entail. Dr. Jensen has always promptly reached out with answers and treatment recommendations. The staff also make a courtesy call a couple of days after your pet s appointment, it just it the extra mile that shows they care. We will always highly recommend your pet be cared for at Creekwood based on our personal experience and appreciate their seamless and thoughtful care.

Have several feral cats that are due for their 3 yr rabies shots. It is difficult to say when I can catch them, so Creekwood is very accommodating to let me call when I catch one and bring him in (feral cats freak out when they are in a cage). I appreciate it-and everyone is nice and knowledgeable.
