I’ve already recommended Dr. Jensen and Creekwood to a few people in a few days. I’m happy with the service provided, and that the entire team listened and showed a very high level of compassion. We will continue to use Creekwood for Oliver’s care for as long as he needs it.

I brought my dog and her heart worm medicine in as Zi have for the last several months and Rachel has always quickly given it to her in the lobby; no problem. No charge. This time a rather abrupt “tech” informed me that this could not be done as my dog had not eaten that morning. She was not friendly or polite. Per Rachael she took my dog to the back and gave her the medicine. Then the receptionist attempted to charge me $17.00 for giving the med. I am disabled and Rachel never changes me to give the meds I bring in. Receptionist finally agreed and charged me $18.90 for a simple nail trim. Rachel is great. The others…..??

We are new to Murfreesboro and weren’t sure how long it would take to find a new vet We we’re comfortable with. I read some reviews of a few, rolled the dice on Creekwood who had positive feedback, and was sold by the end of Our visit. Thankful for each individual team member that welcomed Us. Great veterinary clinic.

It was our first visit and I felt the front office staff was welcoming. I appreciated the friendliness of the staff member who took us back to the room and for the attentiveness of the doctor. We felt cared for and not rushed at all.

Our vet was amazing! One of the best experiences we have ever had. My only issue is that when we walked in, the dark headed lady at the front desk looked at us and said nothing. She didn’t come across all that friendly. She ended up nicer, but my first impression before meeting the vet was that we wouldn’t be coming back. I’ve since changed my mind. Also, two young gentleman came in, apparently selling something. They asked for the office manager and it was apparent the woman behind the desk that I spoke of was annoyed and told them the office manager wasn’t in. I get how annoying sales pitches are, but everyone deserves to be heard. We are all simply trying to make it in this world. At least have them leave a card. They were young, trying to make something of their lives. The employee then proceeded to have a conversation with another client about how this happens all the time. I felt it was unnecessary to show her aggravation. It’s part of front line customer service. I gave the above question 5 stars when asked was staff friendly to you because after our initial arrival, everyone was amazing. I also gave it 5 stars because I’m confident that this can easily be addressed in a kind way. We’ve found our home for our precious fur baby and look forward to teaming up with everyone at Creekwood. I desire to have a better welcome in the future. Thank you for asking for customer opinions. It does make a difference. And thank you for all you do each and every day.

They are wonderful ladies work there. First time seeing inside the building..they made you feel welcome and comfortable. I recommend this is the right place to bring your furbabies. .
