Always friendly , Doctor remembers some aspect of our pets every Visit . One dog loves to visit, the other we literally drag him across the floor. Each dog is treated with kindness and a food treat . Excellent care

I was so happy you were able to fit Gus in last min. I didn t feel pressured to have extra testing done and billing was extremely reasonable. Gus was better within 48 hours and we re so happy. We will be back for sure !

As there wasn t anyone working at the Front desk when I arrived on time for the appointment,I waited for at least 15 minutes with a very anxious(barking/howling) dog until someone came to the reception area. The appointment went well once we were in an examination room...however I again had to wait for another 15 minutes until someone was at reception in order to pay my bill and leave.

You took excellent care of baby boy , he was so happy with his hair cut and treatment, 5 stars I’m a very happy customer

Because Lopez needed to be tranquilized a little bit more it lasted quite a bit longer. When I called and dr. Bill answered immediately he was so friendly, reassuring and helpful. I can t say enough how amazing our visit was from start to finish. Not that Lopez loved his necessary visit I was very impressed! Everybody was super friendly, very caring and cordial. We are happy to have started a new relationship with Avon animal Hospital!

I love the care that all my dogs get at Avon. Everyone in the clinic is super friendly , greets my dogs by name. The staff are all very thorough at explaining what needs to be done and talks me through everything they are doing as they do any procedure. I have recommended many friends and clients . I have been bringing my cats and dogs to Avon for 18 years and will continue to do so .

Taking a pet to the vet can be stressful, especially when they are not well. Dr. Bill always makes me feel at ease and always make the visit comfortable. I would not trust my pets with anyone else.
