I found the doctor very thorough and the office staff very good and caring.

All of the staff is very friendly & obviously cares about the health & well being of my cats.

Wish you could do something about your parking lot

I have been going to ShieldStone for over 20 years and the staff and doctor s are all excellent. They always explain everything. Facility is extremely clean. They are very helpful in keeping my pets healthy.

I spent $165.00 on a test to determine if Gigi had been spayed.. the results were inconclusive. Had i know if this was a possibility I would not have selected this option.

Your staff is always friendly and helpful although I am not too fond of the new Receptionist as she doesn t seem as component or friendly. Also it would be nice if you offered a senior discount. Especially helpful when we are on a fixed income and are pets. Are? A priority other than that I have been very pleased with your services. And I love the convenience Of the location of your office

We have been to other veterinary clinic s but they were not thorough. You took the time and helped our little stray Momo who had a hurt leg and was sick. Now he is improving everyday. We are so thankful for you and your staff.

The vet was amazing. Answered all my questions and even gave me insight about the breed as this is my first time taking care of a frenchie. Their assistants were all very nice and helped keep my puppy relaxed throughout his time there; especially during his shots.

I just hope vSophie s tests are positive, and she s healthy.

Love this place

...this is the (second) cat that i have brought in, who was seen by another Vet (the Vet referred the first cat to Dr. Hwang s Mentor.) -the first cat? i was told, was going to have horrible scarring on her eyes -for- the rest of the cat s life.(I had treated with this other Dr. for 5 months.) -my visit to you folks? diagnosed that cat with an auto-immune Disease... prescribed EyeDrops that worked with my cat s schedule (she s a bit stubborn) --and within a month and a half? her eyes were clear as a bell... (some flare-ups here and there -but- they look -fine- (and there is no scarring. ) -this cat (this visit) is elderly (apparently) has had a tooth-jaw infection that has gone on so long? her eyes now have a noticible wiggle . ...she had a rapidly advancing respiratory issue -and- she -half-the-time- would not hold down food. (i honestly thought it may be the end of the road for her.) Scans were done, Bloodwork has gone out, and (again) this massive infection was picked up on right-away (that Previous Vet? -never mentioned any tooth issues nor infections... -and- gave her a clean bill of health (a lot of labs were done.) --she may not be out of the woods, she may have kidney issues that will prevent her from surgerys... (and) these concerns may be too much for her (she is 15 to 17 (not sure.) -but- She is eating like a little horse... (both the wet-food that is laced with meds -and- dry) -and she s keeping the food down (which... has not been her regular condition for years.) Again, the jury is still out regarding the lab-work -but- I m told that the results should be in within a couple of days -and- we ll know what to do from here. ...no mention of a tooth infection of any sort, from the other Vet. (and her breath and drool has been horrendous for quite some time.) I don t know what the outcome will be for my (oldest) cat... -but- I do feel like i m finally working with a Dr. who truly knows what they re doing who has a team that has been outstanding since the day i walked in with the (other) cat. I have a lot of cats... (i m the crazy-cat-lady of my neighborhood) ...from here on out? They come to you. hope you ve had a good holiday weekend. and thank-you. -eric field (with MomCat and Barb )

Wonderful staff and vets

I am so impressed with shield stone vet . The courteous staff, the shiny clean floors and the ability to get my cat X-rays , blood work and results all just in about 10-15min is so amazing. another vet (Abby Vet) wanted to keep my cat and charge me for that and wait hours to get work up done.

I have always been impressed with Shield Stone, that is the main reason I’ve continued taking my dog and cat there. It doesn’t matter which Veterinarian my pets get, they’ve all been very professional.

I have been taking my pets to Shield Stone Pet Hospital for years now. I have never been disappointed and have recommended them to many of my friends. Thank you for taking such good care of our fur babies!

The only drawback to your location, the parking situation. It’s truly awful. Everything else, other than having a really I’ll animal was great.

These guys do it like it should be done and I appreciate the true concern they show for my dogs (my family).
