The staff from the receptionist to the vet tech, and then Dr. Hwang were wonderful, both to me and Timmy. Yes, they were very clear and thorough in explaining the issue of my cat s problem. I will be happy to tell my friends to come to this practice.

Thank you for being so understanding when my cat pooped on the floor and seeing the bright side that we now had a very recebt stool sample. I really appreciate your pricing and that you didn t try to put Clyde under to get a urine sample or insist on keeping him overnight, which is very costly. Medical staff are great, facilities are great, parking situation sucks.

Something needs to be done about parking - there was a car ahead of me waiting for parking spot (there were none). When I was leaving someone was just waiting for a spot to open up. Also, very hard to get in and out of parking lot. This was why we stopped coming here a while back and I see it is still an issue.

I took my dog Sandy in because she was really sick and it came out that she had parvovirus! And I want to thank the doctor and the young ladies that were there to help Sandy out with her parvovirus. The staff and the doctor was excellent and the doctor was so friendly and kind and he did an excellent job with Sandy. I was so amazed on how he was just focusing on Sandy.. Sandy is doing excellent now and I just want to thank the doctor and the staff for everything that they did for her. I would recommend this vet hospital to everyone who has animals.
