New Dr is a bit quick . This was her yearly wellness exam, and he missed checking her teeth, as he had her muzzled. Dr Brugos always checked them. However, I am happy with the results of the appt. Just mentioning as something that could be easily fixed.

We have always been treated well there. We would not go anywhere else.

In past visits our cat has gotten very upset during an examination. Since that visit, we have taken care to try to make sure she is as relaxed as possible prior to, in transport to, and during the visit. This latest visit, my wife informed the technician of our past problems hoping that the information would be used to help keep the cat calm. Our cat had yet to come out of her crate on her own and instead of removing the top of the crate to allow the cat to get out on her own, the technician instead reached in and pulled our cat out by the scruff. This got the cat upset and negatively impacted the visit as the assessment of our cat had to be limited due to how upset she was.

Our cat is very difficult to catch in the morning to bring in for a nail trim. We are so thankful Monroeville Pet Hospital is flexible and understanding and gave us the option to bring her in in the afternoon. We grabbed her easily, bought her in, and the appointment worked out beautiful!

I just love the staff. They make suggestions yet don’t push anything that I don’t want for my pet. They work with me to get some meds my dog needed and are just all around easy!
