Love my dr and staff!!!

I am very pleased with the services and the staff. I would like the prices to be alittle bit lower to afford to go there. The staff of girls and tecs are the best.

Great staff, I thought I had an appointment for a Lyme booster and it wasn’t on the books but they were able to fit me in anyway. Snowy can be a somewhat sassy girl and the techs have always been very good with her.

Dr. Oster always takes good care of our babies. My boy is getting older, and she explained all the available options for his care. She was thorough and patient and took enough time to answer all my questions. Thank you!!!!

Dr. Oster has been seeing our family pet(s) for many years. She has always taken the time to explain and make sure we understand the pet s condition/treatment. I always refer friends and family to Dr. Oster.

I have been coming to this office for probably 40 years (started with Dr Lynch) and have followed Dr. Oster even when she was in Plum Borough. I LOVE her and the entire staff and my many dogs over the years have always been treated as though they were the staff s own dog. Michelle (the person I typically bother the most!) is always extremely kind and considerate and extremely accommodating to my needs. She even likes my crazy Airedale and that speaks volumes! The ONLY negative I have with the office itself is that the older I get, the more difficult it is to utilize your front steps. They are not equal distances apart and some are getting to be rather high. Yes, this is a senior s problem but I cannot image it is too easy for some of the older dogs either. Thought - replace with a flat, gently sloping walkway. That being said - LOVE Dr. Oster and the entire team. Thank you.

You should put poop bags up by the entrance door too so if a dog goes to the bathroom up there, you don t have to walk all the way back down and back up to clean up the mess.
