I marked all excellent and I thought just the last star would highlight but it didn t. I did as the directions said. I just wanted you to be sure I gave you all excellent marks.

Dr. Brugos saw our dog and two cats at one appointment. He was kind and thorough, as always, as was the vet tech, Kelly. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Thanks for another great visit!

Dr. Oster & her staff are simply the best. I wouldn t even consider taking Brodie to another facility. The staff is friendly, personable and knowledgeable and Dr. Oster is SIMPLY THE BEST!!!

Office is so clean and welcoming. I feel that everyone does his/her best for my dog, Monty, and to make me confident that his examinations are very thorough. Thank you for your help with Monty s diet advice, no more ear problems that bothered him for months.

The doctor and his assistant were very thorough in explaining my dog s troubles and how I could best go about taking care of her at home. I appreciated that they made such an effort to comfort her while conducting the exam.

I called the office the day before to see if I could make a well visit appointment for my cat for the next day since I happened to be off from work. The office was able to accommodate me the very next day! Everyone was very nice and took ample time at the visit. They were a few minutes behind due to another visit that required a bit more attention and kept apologizing and updating me when we would be seen. I think this is a very well run, organized, and professional office with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

As always the service and advice was excellent. Dr Brugos telephoned the next day and we will follow up with him.
