Sometimes Dr. Oster can be a bit impatient or have a rough personality. I believe she is an excellent doctor but alittle more patience might be in order. Not to lose her temper easily. Dr. Brugos is wonderful. Kind, patient and listens.

I have been to other vets before, but have stayed here since 2010. The staff is the most friendly I have ever encountered. The techs also make you feel that they are treating your animal as if it was there own. I always recommend this practice to my friends with animals. Here is a sixth star (*) because five is not enough for question number 4.

It says something about the Drs. and the staff when you ve seen the same faces for many years.
