The staff at Petersen Pet are always great! This time they even went the extra mile when my dog Watson decided to be a grumpy old man and wanted nothing to do with anyone and we all sat on the floor with for his exam so he would be comfortable. You are all so wonderful!

Love the staff at Petersen’s especially Dr Saunders. Cost of care is slightly higher then surrounding vets but the personality and compassion of Dr Saunders keeps us coming with all our animals. She is especially comforting during the loss of our pets.

The staff was very helpful going over the planned procedure and ensuring there were no questions from us. They went above and beyond to make our cat comfortable. We really appreciate the follow up calls and continued care they show towards the pets.

I was so pleased with all, from my initial call to set up an appointment to the young ladies who checked us out. Met with the staff in the room and with Dr, mcGinty, all who was very friendly and the Doctor spent time explaining and answering my questions and did a follow up call the next day as he said I could expect. I have already told my friend about your staff. I do promise to see that my Dog will do her business before she comes in your front door instead if relieving herself on the desk and have your wonderful front staff clean up after her! Dr. Petersen accepted an appointment request for my pet who was suffering from acute eye infection at the end of the day on a Friday. The important part of the story is that my pet is not a regular patient in their clinic!!!! They welcomed my pet into their busy clinic at the end of the day on a Friday evening - meaning I called at 4:35 and they saw him at 4:50 same day. They took their time to get to know us and evaluate my pet. They treated us with kindness and were thorough in their evaluation. I’ve never felt more at home in a vet clinic. We appreciate Kate their proactive and kind approach. We would recommend them to any pet owner. FYI - their fee schedule was more than reasonable!! We appreciate Dr Petersen and the staff for making us feel at home!!!
